A computing device increases and decreases slots of a virtual GPU memory allocated to a plurality of virtual machines, and comprises: a virtual GPU memory including a plurality of slots; a plurality of virtual machines which are allocated at least one slot among the plurality of slots, and uses the virtual GPU memory to perform allocated jobs; and a memory increasing/decreasing unit. The memory increasing/decreasing unit determines an overhead value of the plurality of virtual machines for each preset period, increases slots allocated to a specific virtual machine requesting memory extension by a requested number if the determined overhead value is lower than a first threshold, increases the slots allocated to the specific virtual machine by the requested number if the determined overhead value is higher than or equal to the first threshold and lower than a second threshold larger than the first threshold, determines an overload virtual machine which uses the fewest allocated slots among the plurality of virtual machines, decreases the slots allocated to the overload virtual machine by a preset first number, and reduces the slots allocated to the plurality of virtual machines by a preset second number if the determined overhead value is higher than or equal to the second threshold.
