Disclosed is a system for providing a service for finding a seat on a subway which enables passengers sitting on a seat on a subway to share information on a destination station to get off to passengers standing on the subway. The system comprises: a plurality of subway seat service applications executed in mobile terminals of passengers on a subway; and a management server for performing data communication with the plurality of subway seat service applications. The management server includes: a boarding information managing unit for registering boarding information including a destination station and information on a seat where a first passenger sits received from a first subway seat service application in a database, and deregistering the boarding information of the first passenger when the subway arrives at the destination station of the first passenger; and a boarding information sharing unit for providing passenger information of sitting passengers registered in the database to the plurality of subway seat service applications.
