The present invention relates to a computer system allowing multiple users to concurrently use one computer main body and a management method thereof. The computer system includes: a computer main body for generating a signal to allow a plurality of users to concurrently use the computer main body; a first communication device that receives a signal from the computer main body and transmits and receives a signal to and from a second communication device; the second communication device that receives a signal generated by the computer main body through the first communication device, transmits a signal to a monitor, receives a signal of a keyboard and a mouse, and transmits and receives the signal to and from the first communication device; a monitor connected to the second communication device to output a signal generated by the computer main body; and a keyboard and a mouse connected to the second communication device for inputting a signal to the computer main body. The first communication device includes a first blocking and returning portion for blocking and returning the USB signal coming from the computer main body of the first communication device in accordance with the signal of the second communication device.
