The present invention relates to a financial design platform using open API and a financial planner matching method using the same, capable of matching financial consumers with financial planners based on a financial design platform using open API. The present invention includes: an application management module checking whether an application is installed in a wireless or wired terminal, and then, leading the installation of the application if there is a terminal without the application; a financial management account module managing an account of a member who has joined the membership through the application; a financial information collecting module collecting financial information of the member from open API provided from a contracted open platform; and a financial management DB storing and managing the financial information collected by the collecting module. The financial management account module divides members into financial planners and financial consumers for management, and the financial information collecting module enables only a financial consumer, who is matched with a financial planner, to inquire about the financial information collected through the open API when the financial planner and financial consumer are matched for consultation. According to the present invention, financial consumers and financial planners are able to be efficiently matched for non-face-to-face consultations, and a financial planner is able to more conveniently consult with a matched consumer.
