The present invention relates to a rotary type impact sensor tester measurement apparatus comprising: a sensor fixing unit having one end fixed to a rotary shaft, rotating on the rotary shaft, and having an impact sensor mounted thereon; an impact plate fixing one end to a spring shaft and rotating on the spring shaft; and a torsion spring fixed to the spring shaft to provide elastic force to the impact plate. According to the present invention, the impact plate is rotated on a bottom surface in an opposite direction to the gravity by the torsion spring to hit the sensor fixing unit with a constant rotating radius and thus the performance of the impact sensor is evaluated. Moreover, a predetermined pressure is removed after being applied to the other end of the impact plate, such that the impact plate hits the sensor fixing unit by the elastic force of the torsion spring and thus the performance of the impact sensor is evaluated.
