POSTURE DETECTION APPARATUS AND SITTING CUSHION FOR POSTURE CORRECTION WITH THE SAME

The present invention relates to a posture detection apparatus which can sense a posture that a user sits and can correct the posture using a sensing result, and a sitting cushion for posture correction applying the same. The posture detection apparatus comprises: one or more sensor pairs sensing a pressure applied to first and second pads divided into both sides according to a posture of a user; a tension plate installed in an upper part of each sensor; and a control unit for determining the posture of the user using a sensing signal. The control unit includes: an analysis unit for analyzing distribution of posture data and sensor data of the sensing signal; and a determination unit for determining a posture using a probability on the sensor data. By detecting the posture of the user and displaying the detected posture on a screen, the posture can be corrected by inducing the user to have a right posture.
