A polymer gel-prussian blue complex of the present invention has an effect that maximizes an adsorption amount of cesium per unit weight by preventing particles from being eluted or aggregated during cesium adsorption, has a high structure stability so that a structure of the complex can be intact even in various environmental changes such as pH in water, etc., and has an effect to easily recall the complex after being used for the cesium adsorption. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a polymer bead manufacturing step by ionic cross linking an anionic polymer with a divalent or trivalent metal ion; and a polymer gel-prussian blue complex manufacturing step by mixing a metallic salt ferrocyanide or a metallic salt ferricyanide.
