The present invention relates to a neckband type Bluetooth earphone and, more specifically, to a neckband type Bluetooth earphone capable of recipient verification. According to the present invention, the neckband type Bluetooth earphone comprises: a neckband having an earphone coupling portion; a wired earphone having a wired portion which is coupled to the neckband, two ear plugs which extend from one end of the wired portion, and an earphone plug which extend from the other end of the wired portion; and a Bluetooth wireless transceiver including a display window on which a telephone number is displayed, a fixing means, and a case body in which the earphone plug has an insertion port. According to the neckband type Bluetooth earphone of the present invention, a user can check the phone number of a caller and receive the phone call without looking at a mobile phone. In addition, when a secondary battery type neckband is used, a use time of the Bluetooth earphone can be increased.
