The present invention relates to a natural fragrance composition for improving indoor air condition, containing an extract of green tea flowers, Chamaecyparis obtuse leaves and Chamaecyparis obtuse fruits, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the natural fragrance composition is prepared by the following steps: extracting essential oils from green tea flowers, Chamaecyparis obtuse leaves and Chamaecyparis obtuse fruits; obtaining a composition comprising the essential oil extracts; and preparing a natural fragrance for improving indoor air condition using the composition. The natural fragrance composition for improving the indoor air condition extracted by the method is composed of green tea flower essential oil, Chamaecyparis obtuse essential oil, green tea floral water (hydrosol), and Chamaecyparis obtuse floral water.
