Disclosed are a cardiopulmonary resuscitation training evaluation method and a system including the same. According to the present invention, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training evaluation method through a cardiopulmonary resuscitation training device includes: a step of getting cardiopulmonary resuscitation movement information on a user which is conducted to the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training device; a step of providing a cardiopulmonary resuscitation performance state of the user in real time based on the acquired movement information; and a step of evaluating a cardiopulmonary resuscitation performance result of the user after finishing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
