The present invention relates to a method for measuring the concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids. The method includes a step a) of injecting a granulation accelerator into a vial; a step b) of injecting activated sludge into the vial and stirring; and a step c) of allowing the mixed liquid to stand for 30 minutes after the stirring to measure the concentration of the precipitated sludge. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately measure the concentration of suspended solids in the mixed liquid for a biological treatment process unlike conventional SV30 measurement. And its method is also very simple. Therefore, anyone can easily and accurately measure the concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids.
