DAMAGE DETECTION TECHNOLOGY FOR COMPOSITE STRUCTURES USING GRID SENSING APPROACH

摘要

The present invention relates to a composite structure having a damage diagnosis sensor embedded therein, capable of finely diagnosing information, such as a damaged part and position. According to the present invention, the composite structure comprises: a plurality of first electrodes formed on one surface of the composite structure in a first direction; a plurality of second electrodes formed on an opposite surface to the one surface of the composite structure in a second direction; a first input unit to connect one end part of the first electrodes; a first output input unit to connect the other end part of the first electrodes; a second input unit to connect one end part of the second electrodes; and a second output input unit to connect the other end part of the second electrodes. When the first electrode and the second electrode are projected on the one surface or the opposite surface, the first and second electrodes are crossed with each other to form a grid. The first and second electrodes are formed by performing printing with conductive ink on a surface of the composite structure by using electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet printing.
