The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coal-fired thermal power generation system pelleting and reheating unburned carbon, such that the unburned carbon separated from ash gains access to the center of a boiler. To this end, the coal-fired thermal power generation system reheating pelleted unburned carbon according to the present invention comprises: a boiler powered by coal; an ash collecting unit which collects ash containing the unburned carbon generated from the boiler; an unburned carbon separating unit which separates the unburned carbon from the collected ash; an unburned carbon storage unit which stores the unburned carbon; an unburned carbon pelleting unit which pellets the unburned carbon; and a mixing supply unit which provides the pelleted unburned carbon to the boiler.
