The present invention provides a moisture-resistant heel patch for exfoliation. The moisture-resistant heel patch for exfoliation comprises: an elastic patch body portion having an adhesive layer formed on one surface so as to be elastically attached to a heel; a moisturizing pack formed of a gel component and attached at a predetermined position on one side of the patch body portion and attached to a target area of the heel; and a packaging pack for sealing the patch body portion with the moisturizing pack attached thereto.
