The present invention relates to a robotic concrete pouring apparatus capable of automating by means of a parallel cable robot concrete pouring necessary for floor surface construction during building construction and at a construction site and automatically inspecting pouring quality. The apparatus includes a fixed frame (110) disposed around a concrete pouring zone; an end effector (130) to which cables (121) supported by the fixed frame are fixed and which includes fastening means (131)(141) fixing a compaction device or a pressure feeding pipe (11) for concrete supply, a camera module (132) for imaging, and a communication unit (133) for transmitting an image of the camera module (132); a plurality of winch parts (150) for winding or unwinding each of the cables (121); and a control unit (200) for receiving and outputting the video signal transmitted from the communication unit (133) and controlling the driving of the winch parts (150).
