Provided is a universal rubber stopper for an auto injector syringe. The universal rubber stopper for an auto injector syringe comprises: a cylindrical holder unit disposed inside a hollow syringe; a rubber stopper body unit formed of a conical elastic material and having a lower edge coupled to an outer edge of the holder unit; and a support unit disposed between the holder unit and rubber stopper body unit and supporting an upper end unit of the rubber stopper body unit.
