The present invention relates to a relay device in a time division duplex (TDD) method to secure a line of sight (LOS) between a base station antenna and terminals for a millimeter wave mobile communication service. Specifically, the present invention provides a relay device to secure an LOS in a dynamic TDD method for a 5G network which comprises: a doner unit having a doner antenna arranged in an LOS for a plurality of base stations; a service unit having a service antenna arranged in an LOS for a plurality of terminals and transceiving a signal converted into a middle frequency; and a TDD control unit for monitoring the amount of upward traffic and downward traffic to change a transmission rate of an uplink and a downlink to a time division method according to an environment.
