The present invention relates to a method of producing a bulky fabric using a goose down yarn, and a bulky fabric produced by the method. In particular, the method comprises: a down yarn forming process (S10) for spinning a bundle of multiple strands of monofils made of goose down (111) and a first texturing yarn (112) to form a down yarn (110); a fabric forming process (S21) for weaving multiple layers of fabric layers (L1-L3) by alternating a fabric warp (120) and a fabric weft (130); a filling layer forming process (S22) for inserting the down yarn (110) between the fabric layers (L1-L3) in a weft direction during a process during which the fabric layers (L1-L3) are woven by the fabric layer forming process (S21), to form filling layers (C1, C2); a fixing process (S23) for alternating a fixing warp (140) and the fabric weft (130) at an interval of multiple strands during the fabric forming process (S21) and the filling layer forming process (S22), to form a bulky fabric (100); and a filling layer texturing process (S30) for texturing the bulky fabric (100) to dissolve the first texturing yarn (112) in the down yarn (110) of the filling layers (C1, C2) and to form the goose down (111) in a bulky state.
