The present invention relates to a PSC curve girder having an extended block. According to the present invention, the extended blocks formed at both ends of a curve girder main body act on a reaction force point against a rotation moment generated as a result of prestress introduction, and thus fall prevention is possible and no separate rise control device needs to be installed and disassembled. A preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with a curved girder main body, which is produced so as to have a constant curvature radius as prestress is introduced with the tension of a tension member disposed in the longitudinal direction after concrete pouring. The girder main body is provided with an extended block for fall prevention protruding from the outside where the radius curvature increases with respect to a neutral axis at both ends and positioned on the gravity center line of the girder main body.
