Disclosed is a disabled person service system for transportation facilities use. More specifically, disclosed is the disabled person service system including a user terminal receiving user information including a disabled person registration number from a user and transmitting a disabled person service registration request including the inputted user information and a disabled person service management server receiving the disabled service registration request from the user terminal, performing authentication of a person for disabled person service on the received disabled person service registration request, and registering the person for the disabled person service.
