Disclosed are a laser cleaning device having a function of checking working quality and a method thereof. The laser cleaning device comprises: a body moved with a wheel mounted in a lower portion thereof; a laser processing unit mounted at one side of the body to irradiate a laser beam to remove rust to a current working target area on a working target surface; a first camera unit generating a first image by photographing a working expected target area of a section in which work is not performed; an image analysis unit generating first analysis information relevant to a color value of the working expected target area by analyzing the first image; and a controller determining at least one of beam characteristics of a laser beam for the working expected target area and a moving speed of the body by comparing the first analysis information and a color value of a pre-stored reference image information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
