The present invention relates to a diagnosis of a depression amount of the back of a pipeline and filler injection device and a diagnosis of backside depression of a pipeline using the same and filler injection method, more specifically, wherein the device comprises: a pipe type frame; a pair of side surface plates; a plurality of wheels; a draft line; a cylindrical sealing tube; an air supply hose; an air discharge hose; a camera; and a filler supply hose. Therefore, stability can be improved by diagnosing, repairing, and reinforcing a pipeline.
