The present invention relates to a measuring sensor for potassium (K) and sodium (Na) in urine, a measuring device containing the measuring sensor, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a measuring sensor for potassium (K) and sodium (Na) in urine, which is manufactured by fixing crown ether after electro-polymerizing a thiophene-based material on a surface of a QCM electrode, has excellent ion selectivity for potassium and sodium, and measures an exact concentration of potassium and sodium in urine. The present invention also relates to a measuring device containing the same and a manufacturing method thereof.
