The present invention relates to a sliding opening-type door structure of a refrigerator hood lid and a refrigerator having the same, capable of preventing friction noise caused due to the characteristic of a sliding door when the sliding door is open or closed, and implementing safety and stable operations of the sliding door, in an opening/closing structure without being shaken. According to the present invention, the door structure is open or closed as an opening part slides in a transverse direction on a plane. The door structure includes: an opening/closing door; a hood body provided at one side thereof with an opening part to open/close the opening/closing door, provided at an opposite side thereof with a cover part configured such that the opening/closing door slides and then is positioned inside; a guide unit interposed between a hood body under the cover part and the opening/closing door to guide and support for the opening/closing door to slidably move; and sliding contact units provided to the opening/closing door and a sliding guide unit such that the opening/closing door slidably makes contact with the sliding guide unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
