The present invention relates to an enzyme-mimicking nanoparticle for allergy diagnosis, a lateral flow immunization color development chip using the same and a manufacturing method thereof, and an immunoplate method and an immunoplate kit for allergy diagnosis using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the enzyme-mimicking nanoparticle for allergy diagnosis comprises an inorganic metal catalyst which has a first anti-immunoglobulin E (igE) antibody labeled on a surface thereof by physical binding, is mono-dispersed, and oxidizes a chromogenic substrate. According to the present invention, the lateral flow immunization color development chip for allergy diagnosis and the immunoplate kit for allergy diagnosis use inorganic metal catalyst-based diagnostic immunization with improved variability and instability of enzymes by changes in temperature and pH problematic in conventional enzyme-based diagnostic immunization to increase the diagnostic kit′s stability, shorten test time, and reduce costs in manufacturing, transport, storage, and test processes to improve economic efficiency.
