The present invention relates to a drainage, exhaust, and water filling apparatus for a wet sprinkler, a drainage, exhaust, and water filling method of a wet sprinkler apparatus using the same, wherein the drainage, exhaust, and water filling apparatus comprises: a common pipe selectively detachable from a secondary water supply pipe of a wet sprinkler apparatus which is filled with water for fire extinguishing; a vacuum exhaust device; a water filling device; and a dissolved oxygen remover supply device. A pressurized air layer can be prevented from being formed in the water supply pipe and a branch pipe.
