The present invention relates to an apparatus for correcting ingrown nails and toenails. The apparatus for correcting ingrown nails and toenails to correct an ingrown nail/toenail comprises: a pair of hooking parts being symmetrically arranged on both sides of the nail/toenail, and including a support unit formed in a plate shape, a fixing ring formed on a lower portion of the support unit and extended towards the nail/toenail to be inclined downwards, a fixing groove opened and formed between the support unit and the fixing ring towards the nail/toenail to insert the nail/toenail thereinto, a hooking ring formed on an upper portion of the support unit and extended in an opposite direction of the nail/toenail, and a hooking groove formed between the support unit and the hooking ring and opened in the opposite direction of the nail/toenail; and a tension part which is coupled to the hooking part, and includes a seating unit formed in a plate shape whose both sides are inclined upwards, and extension protrusions extended backward from both sides of the seating unit to be hooked on the hooking groove.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
