The present invention relates to an omnichannel network video content media platform system. The system comprises a server, and a digital signage unit which is connected to the server online and disposed at a predetermined location in an offline space. The server generates moving video content media organized by broadcasting a plurality of moving video content in a predetermined field in a predetermined manner, and transmits a moving video content media signal to the digital signage unit. The digital signage unit includes a modem for receiving the moving video content media signal in communication with the server, a set-top box for converting the moving video content media signal into an output signal, and digital signage for transmitting moving video content media. According to the system, a plurality of moving video content of various fields generated by various creators can be organized into omnichannel media and transmitted through the digital signage arranged in an offline space. Further, according to the above system, moving video content combined with strengths of broadcasting and magazine can be organized into omnichannel media and transmitted directly to an offline space where consumers are present.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
