The present invention relates to a tidal current power generator construction system, wherein a seabed structure is installed on seabed, one end of a submarine cable passing through the seabed structure is connected to a tidal current power generation turbine, the tidal current power generation turbine is installed in the lower structure, and thus construct of a tidal current power generation apparatus is completed. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a working ship placed on the sea adjacent to a position where the tidal current power generation apparatus is mounted; a crane installed in the working ship to lift and draw a lower structure and the tidal current power generation turbine in water; and a pulling means to pull the submarine cable toward the lower structure during a process of lifting and drawing the tidal current power generation turbine in the water. Accordingly, the submarine cable connected to the tidal current power generation turbine by the cable pulling means is pulled toward the lower structure during a process of lifting and drawing the tidal current power generation turbine in the water to approach the same to the lower structure, such that input of a diver for operation is minimized, thereby reducing a construction time, minimizing expenses, and also securing work safety.
