Disclosed are an interlocking type caisson using a tire, such as a waste tire, capable of efficiently maintaining integrity between caissons, a caisson structure including the same, and a caisson structure construction method. According to the present invention, the caisson comprises an open shell part having at least one opened side part from both side directions to be connected to the open cell of a neighboring caisson disposed adjacent thereto so as to form an interlocking space. The open cell part comprises a main open cell connected to a main open cell of the neighboring caisson to form a main interlocking space and a sub open cell connected to a sub open cell of the neighboring caisson to form a sub interlocking space. A main filling material is disposed in the main interlocking space, and a plurality of tires are customized and disposed in the sub interlocking space to prevent at least a part of the main filling material of the main interlocking space from flowing out to the outside through the sub interlocking space.
