REPAIR METHOD USING COMPOSITE SCARF PATCH

A repair method using composite scarf patch is provided. The repair method using the composite scarf patch comprises the following steps: applying a film type adhesive to an adhesive surface of the composite patch; adhering the composite patch to a damaged area; and pressing the composite patch with a hydraulic cylinder and a silicone pad. The improved repair method using the composite scarf patch, unlike a composite repair method using a conventional vacuum pump, is a superior method for repairing the composite, which increases the recovery rate of material strength by applying additional pressure to the hydraulic cylinder and the silicon pad.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
