The present invention relates to an intelligent control valve having an enhanced safety function based on a self-diagnosis function, and more particularly to an intelligent control valve an enhanced safety function based on a self-diagnosis function, which can improve the reliability of a valve and a system by performing self-diagnosis and determining the degree of risk as the degree of valve opening, the pressure of an actuator, a vibration, a noise, a sound effect, and a temperature are measured in real time, can take a necessary action against the occurrence of a situation of exceeding an important set value, and can take a safety action against the occurrence of an alarm. To this end, according to the present invention, a control valve is provided in a pipe, in which a fluid flows in one direction, and has a flow passage between an inlet and an outlet. The operation of the control valve is performed through a valve stem engaged with the actuator, thereby opening or closing the flow passage. The control valve includes: an opening sensor for measuring the opening degree of the control valve; a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of the actuator; a vibration sensor for measuring the vibration of the control valve; an acoustic sensor for measuring a noise generated in operation of the control valve; a temperature sensor for measuring inlet and outlet temperatures; and a control unit. The control unit receives measurement information from the opening sensor, the pressure sensor, the vibration sensor, the acoustic sensor, and the temperature sensor in real time to determine a current state of the control valve. When measurement information of a set threshold value or more is transmitted, it is determined that an emergency situation occurs, thereby self-controlling the opening of the control valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
