GLAZE AND COLOR-GLAZE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ART-TILE USING THE SAME

Provided are glaze, color glaze, and a method for manufacturing an art tile by using the same. According to a first embodiment of the present invention, the glaze comprises feldspar, limestone, and dolomite as base materials and is formed by adding kaolin and silica stone as sub-materials. According to a second embodiment of the present invention, the color glaze comprises feldspar, limestone, and dolomite as base materials, is formed by adding kaolin and silica stone as sub-materials, and is formed by adding at least one of color oxide and color pigments to the base materials and the sub-materials. According to a third embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing an art tile by using the color glaze comprises: a tile manufacturing step of manufacturing a tile by using clay for ceramics; a primary firing step of firing the tile, manufactured in the tile manufacturing step, at 700-900°C for 50-180 minutes; a coloring step of coloring the tile, fired in the primary firing step, by using the color glaze; and a second firing step of secondly firing the tile colored in the coloring step. According to the embodiments described in detail, the high-quality art tile can be provided by realizing an enhanced performance in the aspects of crack resistance, frost resistance, agent resistance, absorption rate, and wear resistance over common tiles.
