The present invention relates to an optical sensor which comprises: an optical fiber having a core unit and a cladding unit; a first optical fiber grating unit formed in a predetermined portion of the core unit, and reflecting light of a first wavelength; and a condensation unit formed in the outside of the cladding unit having the predetermined portion in which the first optical fiber grating unit is formed. Moreover, the condensation unit is condensed when being in contact with water to compress the optical fiber.
