The present invention provides a composition for diagnosis of cervical weakness comprising an agent for measuring a level of Ezrin, p-Ezrin protein, or mRNA of genes thereof; a kit for the diagnosis of cervical weakness comprising the composition; and an information providing method for the diagnosis of cervical weakness. The composition for diagnosis of cervical weakness can measure and compare a protein whose expression changes in a patient with cervical weakness, or the expression level of genes of the protein, and thus can enable early diagnosis of cervical weakness, make significant prediction of the disease, or investigate the progression of the disease. Furthermore, the composition of the present invention enables non-invasive diagnosis so that simple and valid early diagnosis of cervical weakness can be made through a blood or urine test or the like.
