The present invention relates to a sheet steel having a conversion coating film and, more specifically, to a black plate, wherein the conversion coating film is prepared from components dissolved in water. Moreover, the components are selected from the following groups of: i) hexafluorotitanate; ii) zinc phosphate and/or iron phosphate; iii) phosphoric acid; and iv) a mixture of any one of i) to iii).
