In the present invention, 3-5 parts by weight of mixed mineral component powder in which cobalt (Co), germanium (Ge), and selenium (Se) are mixed and powder of flat rice husks and palm are blended with 100 parts by weight of mudstone, which is a natural mineral on which natural microorganisms are present.
