The present invention relates to a transaction relay server for providing an updated sales list in response to a request of purchase. The transaction relay server comprises a transaction channel relay unit for providing a database for matching and storing product information included in the seller account and an electronic commerce interface between the seller account and a buyer account; and a processing unit including a request signal processing unit for extracting product information from a purchase request signal for an unsold product generated by the buyer account, and confirming the seller account including the extracted product information from the database and pop-up outputting the product information to the seller account, wherein the seller account generates product information included in the pop-up output as sales information and provides the product information to the buyer account. Accordingly, the product sales information is provided to a buyers terminal in response to receiving a transaction request signal generated by the buyer terminal who does not access a product sales web page operated by himself or the buyer who does not listen to a product sales broadcast being transmitted by himself, and therefore the sales amount of the product is improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
