The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an exhaust flow enhancing member for a vehicle exhaust system, which can increase the overall engine output by improving the exhaust power and exhaust amount of the exhaust gas, efficiently implement the engine protection, and reduce the fuel consumption by increasing the combustion efficiency, and an exhaust flow enhancing apparatus including the same. The method according to the present invention includes: a step of preparing a plate-type blade including a first plate-type blade and a second plate-type blade having a predetermined length and width; a cross-securing step of intersecting the first plate-type blade and the second plate-type blade; a twist step of twisting the first plate-type blade and the second plate-type blade crossed each other; and a step of fixedly inserting the twisted first and second plate-type blades into a circular tube having a predetermined length.
