The present invention relates to a probe for Meibomian gland observation, capable of easily and effectively observing a Meibomian gland, and an observation apparatus of a Meibomian gland having the same. The probe for Meibomian gland observation comprises: a flexible cable case of which one end can be connected to a light source; a plurality of optical fibers stored in the cable case, wherein each of ends corresponds to one end of the cable case; and a reflection member connected to the other end of the cable case and changing a moving route of light transmitted through the other ends of the plurality of the optical fibers.
