The present invention relates to a rubber opening/closing hole sheet to perform opening/closing operation while being naturally extended or contracted by receiving pressure or gravity. According to the present invention, a rubber sheet is pulled to be extended and one or a plurality of holes are perforated on the rubber sheet using a needle. Accordingly, the pressure or weight of gas or liquid stored in one side of the rubber sheet becomes greater than that of the opposite side, the hole is enlarged as the rubber sheet is extended from a large side to a small side, such that the gas or the liquid passes and flows through the hole. When the pressure or weight of both sides of the rubber sheet becomes equal or similar to each other, the hole is decreased or closed as the extended rubber sheet is contracted and thus the flow of the gas or the liquid is blocked. In other words, when fluid (gas, liquid) applies pressure or gravity in one side of the sheet, the hole is naturally opened as the sheet is expanded and thus the fluid is discharged. When the fluid is discharged, the hole is closed as the sheet is naturally contracted.
