A capture string is an apparatus binding mainly a person or an animal, which is provided to limit an area of activity by repeatedly winding multiple times after having approached close to an opponent. However, the method of binding after approaching close to an opponent has a limitation that the method is possible only after the opponent is completely controlled or has made a consent. If a capture string is used in an otherwise state, a user may rather be harmed by a wild animal or a criminal. Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide information as to an apparatus and a method for throwing a capture string to capture an opponent even from a long distance. To this end, this invention comprises: a storage unit storing an elastic string; a throwing unit which throws the elastic string; and a mounting unit which moves the elastic string from the storing unit to the throwing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
