The present invention relates to a recombinant strain for 2-deoxystreptamine biosynthesis and a method for producing 2-deoxystreptamine using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a recombinant strain comprising a gene for 2-deoxystreptamine biosynthesis and a recycling circuit of NAD coenzyme, and a method for producing 2-deoxystreptamine using the same. The present invention provides the recombinant strain having improved productivity of 2-deoxystreptamine.
