The present invention relates to a method to sinter a dental recovery sintered material using a microwave sintering apparatus, capable of precisely and easily performing post processing after sintering. According to the present invention, the microwave sintering apparatus comprises: upper and lower cases coupled to each other; an insulation vessel disposed in the upper case; a susceptor mounted in the insulation vessel and receiving a material to be sintered; a magnetron disposed on the upper part of the upper case to generate microwave; an electronic control device installed in the lower case to control the magnetron; and an exhaust pipe extended from the inside of the insulation vessel to the outside to discharge gas generated when the material to be sintered is heated. The method to sinter a dental recovery sintered material comprises: a step of mounting the susceptor having the material to be sintered therein in the insulation vessel; a step of using heat generated from the susceptor by the microwave generated from the magnetron to externally heat the material to be sintered; a step of internally heating the material to be sintered by the microwave generated from the magnetron; and a step of measuring the internal temperature of the insulation vessel to control operation of the magnetron through the electronic control device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
