The present invention relates to culture of duct cells and stem cells of the salivary gland based on dual perfusion culture using a biocompatible round polymer, having a plurality of media for culturing a target cell to allow the media to be perfused. The present invention comprises: a cell culture unit (100) for culturing at least one subject cell; an inner tube unit (200) having an inner medium for flowing the subject cell of the cell culture unit; and an outer tube unit (300) having an outer medium flowing adjacent to the subject cell of the cell culture unit. The cell culture unit is characterized by being close to a circular shape. It is an object of the present invention to provide a culture system capable of simulating in vivo through perfusion culture by collecting salivary duct tissues in the human body and transplanting cells into the circular biocompatible polymer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
