The present invention relates to a method for effectively performing channel access for uplink (UL) autonomous access and channel transmission for signaling in an unlicensed spectrum communication, an allocation method of UL autonomous transmission resource, a retransmission method on UL autonomous transmission, and a method for related downlink (DL) and UL control signaling. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for performing channel access in a partial subframe in which a part of subframes are transmitted and a method, in a terminal, for performing autonomous UL access in an autonomous UL access in which a terminal is allowed to perform arbitrary transmission.
