According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for analyzing user response data. The method for analyzing user response data comprises the following steps: receiving at least one text which includes a user response; digitizing the at least one text into a matrix; determining a score of the at least one text using an engine formed to predict the score which represents a positive or negative tendency included in the text based on the digitized matrix of the at least one text; and providing the determined score.
