Provided are a method for extracting a space-based social behavior by using online social network service data and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the system for extracting a space-based social behavior using online social network service data comprises: a picture and behavior information learning unit learning a character string which explains picture data to infer behavior information from picture data, and behavior information which determines with respect to a classification criteria of standardized behavior information; a picture-based behavior information inferring unit generating picture-based behavior information by inferring the behavior information from the picture data; a character string-based behavior information inferring unit generating character string-based behavior information by inferring one information of standardized social behavior information from character string data; and social data-based behavior information determining unit combining the picture-based behavior information, the character string-based behavior information, and SNS metadata, and finally determining the social behavior information based on an order of priority.
