The present invention is designed by that an outer magnetic member is installed on the outside of an annular power generation coil through which a columnar magnet passes to reduce a magnetic resistance of an annular power generation coil set which passes through magnetic poles at both ends of the columnar magnet, and the columnar magnet and the outer magnetic member are jointly coupled to a motion block assembly (106) for generating electric energy while passing the annular power generation coil set through synchronous axial displacement, and the electric energy is stored in a power storage device through a rectifying and charging circuit, and installed with an anode output/input terminal and a cathode output/input terminal of the power storage device for serving as electric energy output/input interfaces.
