The present invention relates to a coating method of a porcelain insulator fitting for preventing performance degradation and improving reflectivity of a fitting of a porcelain insulator, and a porcelain insulator which is manufactured thereby. More specifically, a coating method comprises: a step of manufacturing a methyl silicone solution by mixing methyltriethoxysilane (CH_3Si(OC_2H_5)_3), ethanol, hydrochloric acid and water in a certain rate; a step of manufacturing a MgF_2 solution by mixing magnesium acetate (Mg(CH_3COO)_2), hydrofluoric acid (HF), anhydrous ethanol and ethanol in a certain rate; a step of manufacturing a coating solution by mixing the methyl silicone solution and the MgF_2 solution; and a coating step of forming a MgF_2 coating film by coating a surface of a porcelain insulator fitting which has a zinc (Zn) coating film formed with the coating solution. Creation of a natural oxide film is prevented and reflectivity is improved through a double coating by adding a MgF_2 coating film to a top part of a zinc coating film by the coating method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
